Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice explains how Looq Japan KK handles website inquiry data and measurement-system data. It does not replace the terms of an individual pilot agreement.
Website inquiry data
When you submit a pilot inquiry, Looq Japan may collect your company, name, work email, optional phone number, role, site and pilot information, message content, and basic security and request metadata.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, review pilot feasibility, prepare and communicate a pilot proposal, prevent abuse and protect the form, and maintain necessary business correspondence.
Inquiry data is retained for up to 12 months after the last communication, unless it is required for an active business relationship, contract, or legal obligation.
Inquiry data is transmitted through service providers used to host this website and deliver email. We do not make data-location guarantees that have not been verified.
Measurement-system data
Raw visual data is processed locally and is not persistently stored by default. Temporary frames and processing buffers are discarded after aggregate events are extracted. Raw visual data is not exported. Only non-identifying aggregate events and quality information are exported.
Any diagnostic recording mode, if used for calibration or development, must be separately authorized, access-controlled, time-limited, and governed by the applicable pilot agreement.
